Our refund and returns policy lasts 10 laboral days. If 10 laboral days have passed since your purchase, we can not offer you a proportionated refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, you must let us know before 10 laboral days have passed after the last payment.

Several services are exempt from being refunded.

Additional non-returnable items:

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once your refund is received, we will send you an email to notify you that the refund was completed and that any other additional work, would be charged. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit or debit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges and gifts

If during the service we did an exchange for goods or another service, depending on the nature of such said product or service, may or might not be refunded partially or totally.
